On Tuesday, October 23, Morimoto Asia invites you on a culinary adventure to attend the restaurant’s Batasiolo Wine Dinner Omakase. Executive Chef Yuhi Fujinaga and Morimoto Asia’s sommeliers have worked together to create a menu of dishes that are centered around Batasiolo wine, creating a journey through the region by aroma, touch and taste. These Borolo varieties are rare gems from their portfolio, not typically available in Florida and have been hand-selected from the Piedmont wine region in Italy. This one-night-only, unique dining experience is an evening like no other. Japanese for “to entrust,” omakase puts your evening in the hands of expert chefs who will create for you an unforgettable, multi-course dining experience. Chef Yuhi will present and serve each course directly to dinner guests at the restaurant’s intimate 14-seat sushi bar.
