Guest Chef Series Featuring The Polite Pig and Cask and Larder 

 Sunday, June 24  |  12-3PM

A truly unique gastronomic all inclusive event featuring locally and nationally celebrated chefs, Yuhi Fujinaga plus James and Julie Petrakis, and their restaurants Morimoto Asia and The Polite Pig, both located at Disney Springs.  In this second installment of Morimoto Asia's Guest Chef Series, these award-winning chefs will present to guests an array of Pan-Asian and Southern-inspired dishes, many of which will be true fusion dishes bridging Asia and the American South. 
 
The family affair will take over the entire second floor and outdoor patio at Morimoto Asia, with a variety of food and beverage stations featuring dishes including pork cheek tamales, Florida peach glazed pork belly satay with spicy peanut sauce, Dim Sum Dogs (gyoza sausage with fried bao bun), Pork Skirt Steak Yakiniku Tacos and house-cured charcuterie. The star of the show will be a whole roasted pig that will be sliced and served to guests on the restaurant’s patio that overlooks Disney Springs.
 
The food will shine a spotlight on a variety of Florida meat, produce and craft beers. Guests of the event will have the opportunity to meet the farmers at the event as representatives from Frog Song Organics and Palmetto Creek Farms will be in attendance; along with representatives from local breweries including Cask and Larder, Coppertail, Crooked Can Brewing Co., Red Cypress and Red Light Red Light. 
 

All ages welcome!  All food and beverage is included in the per person price.  Must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.
