Wednesday, June 6th at 6:00PM
Our restaurant's location has had a storied
history, going back well before the Empire State Building opened in 1931.
The land at 5th Avenue between 33rd and 34th St transformed from a pastoral farm in the early 1800s to the site of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, the epicenter of New York City’s high society at
the dawn of the 20th century.
For one night only, STATE Grill & Bar is offering a taste of the past with our first NYC Historic Dinner.
Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail along with fun facts about our location's history, followed by a decadent five-course tasting
menu, inspired by one of the last actual menus served at the iconic
Waldorf-Astoria hotel's original location.
We will have an optional wine pairing from Brotherhood (Washingtonville, NY), America’s oldest winery. Executive Chef Priscilla Yeh will
visit your table to explain her inspiration and answer any questions.
We look forward to seeing you on June 6th!
