Join us as we continue our Wine Dinner series with an exclusive Earth Day menu paying homage to the day with all-vegetarian dishes. Crafted by Executive Chef Philip Mack, menu highlights include "Scallops," pan-seared cauliflower scallop with purple cauliflower purée, carrot reduction, toasted pine nuts and watercress, plus a Coconut Blancmange and Strawberry Soup for dessert. Situated at the Descanso Gardens Lakeside, this wine dinner is sure to excite the tastebuds and the senses.
