Indulge in a four-course dinner showcasing Executive Chef Philip Mack's culinary techniques and decadent flavors each paired with wine expertly selected by Alexandre Oliver. This special evening will celebrate the blooming season of the beautiful camellia, each course paying homage to winter's favorite flower.
Each course will be accompanied by a wine pairing.

Chardonnay poached lobster, egg white soft scramble, diver scallop mousse, caviar, bok choy, gold flake

“Tama No Ura” Sabayon
Champagne sabayon, strawberry, candied flowers
