Indulge in a four-course dinner showcasing Executive Chef Philip Mack's culinary techniques and decadent flavors each paired with wine expertly selected by Alexandre Oliver. This special evening will celebrate the blooming season of the beautiful camellia, each course paying homage to winter's favorite flower.

45-day dry-aged NY strip loin beef carpaccio, egg yolk fudge, fried shallot, fennel flower, camellia oil
