For the first class in our "Mastering Home Cooking with Homer" series, we are taking on the most essential outdoor cooking tool and “Owning the Grill.”
You will learn basic and pro grilling techniques from Patina 250 Executive Chef Homer Ford, cook up three delicious summertime dishes, and enjoy each menu item alongside beers and wines that complement the grilled flavors. You will take home recipes from Chef as well as a special gift.
Only 10 spots are available for the class to ensure an intimate, hands-on experience for our guests. We look forward to grilling with you on Tuesday July 11th!
