This six-course meal will feature locally-raised, 100% black Wagyu beef from Maple Row Farm in Clarence, NY. Thoughtfully chosen wines from our sommelier, Adam Lauer, will accompany each course, as Chef Evan takes you through a culinary journey of the most exclusive and highest quality beef in the culinary world. James and Pam Armstrong from Maple Row Farm will also enjoy the meal with you in our beautiful private dining room.

About Maple Row Farm
Maple Row Farm breeds and raises DNA-verified and registered 100% full blood Japanese Black Wagyu cattle whose lineage can be traced to Japan. The animals are born and raised on a 200-year old farm in the Buffalo, NY suburb of Clarence and the beef that is produced is among the highest quality Wagyu in the United States.
