Normandy (or Normandie), a region known for its seaside cliffs, rolling countryside, and significant history, is rich in fish, seafood, Norman cheeses, and apple brandy.

Chef Christina Towers is happy to invite you to Cafe Centro's first dinner of 2019, celebrating the authentic cuisine from this northern region of France. The five-course menu includes Marmite Dieppoise (a traditional fish stew) and Salt Meadow Lamb (inspired by the pré-salé lamb from the coastal regions of Mont-Saint Michel). Each dish will be accompanied by a perfectly paired beverage that is popular throughout the country.
