In celebration of the fall season, join us for a four-course Harvest Wine Dinner at Maple Restaurant. The menu will celebrate the colors of the Garden with a Winter Vegetable Flight, Stuffed Quail and Crème Anglaise with brandy apples. Each course will be perfectly paired with a wine selection to complement the dish. We look forward to experiencing this special evening with you!

Crispy polenta cake, roasted forest mushroom, shallots, white wine, thyme and Fontina cream
