We are pleased to announce the launch of Chef Morgan Jarrett’s 2020 "Future STATE" Dinner Series. Her focus on a seasonal and sustainable approach to cuisine is inspired by the Empire State Building’s focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Throughout the year, Chef Jarrett will introduce guests to creative new dishes designed to be sustainable, reducing the restaurant’s carbon footprint.
Our first event on March 19th celebrates the 90th anniversary of the Empire State Building's groundbreaking! Enjoy a one-of-a-kind cocktail party with Chef Jarrett’s plant-based hors d'oeuvres like cipollini onion dip on sunchoke chips topped with crispy shallots, a farmer’s market vegetable carving station and caviar station.
