In celebration of the annual camellia bloom at Descanso Gardens, Patina Restaurant Group presents a six-course Camellia Wine Dinner at the beautiful Boddy House. As we enter the new year, join us for a special dinner honoring this winter flower with a curated menu by Chef Philip Mack, including Kabocha Pumpkin with burnt onion, Chinese sausage, edible ferns and crème fraîche, and a 36-Hour Imperial Wagyu Beef Brisket. Each course will be perfectly paired with a wine selection to complement the dish. We look forward to experiencing this special evening with you!
