Bordeaux Wine Dinner

Bordeaux is a name synonymous with finesse, prestige, timeless chateaux, and of course, iconic wines that are exciting to drink.

Travel with us for a tasting tour of this sunning part of France. Start with sparkling Cremant de Bordeaux, then discover the crisp Sauvignon Blanc, the "sauvage blanc" that originally grew wild in this southwest terroir. From there we move to the Left Bank for the classic Saint-Estephe. Finally, enjoy a a grand cru glass of Saint-Emilion, all culminating with a lush Sauternes, the world's most famous sweet wine.

The menu features the flavors found in Bordeaux for natural pairings: sea scallops with black truffle, filet mignon with foie gras, local cheese, and a fig tartlet with pistachio.
