Go beyond the Nouveau, and taste through the French region of Beaujolais at our annual dinner celebrating its wines. Made up of 96 villages in the southern part of Burgundy, Beaujolais is an appellation known for beautiful views, historic windmills, and quality red wines.
Chef Geoffrey Bruijneel has prepared a delectable menu comprised of Quenelles, a popular dish composed of pike and sauce Nantua and L'Agneau, lamb loin and mushrooms, all culminating with a Tarte Aux Pommes with almond ice cream. Each course has been carefully paired with some of Beaujolais' finest wines, including a Domaine Chauvet Freres Beaujolais Blanc and a light Domaine du Chateau de Grand Pre Morgon.
We invite you to join us for a taste of autumn in French wine country!
